2025-2026年度 可觀中心課程 報名表格

報名類型 Type of Application

各學校最多可以報讀 6節 在可觀中心上課的課程，每節學生人數須為25 - 40人。若要報讀不同種類的課程，請開新表格再次填寫。

例1: 6節皆是「環境科學探索活動（新課程）（指定日子）」
例2: 4節「日間天文/航天科技探索活動」及2節「環境科學探索活動/科學探索活動」

如報讀課節超越上限，本中心只會受理最後提交的申請。

Each school can apply at most 6 courses at Ho Koon Centre, each courses should serve 25 - 40 students. Please fill in a new form if you wish to apply for course themes of different types.

Example 1: 6 courses from "Environmental Science IBL activities (New courses) (Specific dates)"
Example 2: 4 courses from "Day-time Astronomy / Aerospace IBL activities" and 2 courses from "Environmental Science IBL activities / Science IBL activities".

Only the lastest submission would be considered if the no. of courses applied exceed the maximum allowance.
